Ron Haveman
Vice President of Geology

Ron has over 16 years experience in exploring and developing oil and gas assets in the United States.  Ron began his career at Ceja where he was very involved with all geological and geophysical aspects of exploration and development, working both conventional and unconventional oil and gas resource plays.

In working these projects Mr. Haveman has enhanced his knowledge base as a geologist in all phases of exploration.  From log analysis and formation picking, to correlating wells and making structural and stratigraphic maps.  All this data analysis he has used for prospecting, development, and well site work which has resulted in drilling many successful horizontal and vertical wells. With a company owned seismograph crew Ron, has also planned, designed, and acquired 2D and 3D seismic over hundreds of miles of data in OK.  He has developed interpretive skills and has experience with structural, stratigraphic, and reef plays.

Most recently, he worked at Zenergy Inc and was involved with evaluating oil and gas acquisitions in the SCOOP.

Mr. Haveman holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a minor in Environmental Science from Hope College; along with a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Tulsa.  He has been a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists since 1998, and member of the Tulsa Geological Society.
